Banana Bead!
-SUGARLESS & FLOURLESS-
I was tired of seeing recipes with flour and sugar in them. Bananas are already sweet, and can create a bread-like texture. So heres my recipe!
2 cups of oats
5 bananas
1 tbsp of pure honey
Organic sugar free peanut butter
A loaf pan
& a blender.
Optional: Chocolate chips

The Process
Blend 2 cups of oats in the blender until it resembles something like flour. (I leave a few oats unblended for texture)
Then cut the bananas in half, blend your bananas until it is a pudding like texture, I mush one more banana for texture instead of blending it.
Add half the banana mixture and half the oat mixture and mix with a baking spatula and pour then mix the rest of whats left together.
This stops lumps from forming! Add your peanut butter and honey last and mix. This will keep it moist and a thicker texture. This holds everything together when it bakes and cools. (add your chocolate chips if you wish)

DONE!
Butter your bread pan, and add the batter to it. spread it out evenly and put in oven! Cook for 30-35 minutes or until it is solid and comes out clean when you put it a tooth pick in it.
(If you want it pretty before adding the batter, slice bananas and put it on the bottom of the pan, drizzle honey and then add batter)
When it's done cooking, simply take it out and let it cool completely so it doesn't crumble and can set. Once it's cool, get a plate. Flip the bread pan over and let the bread fall out on the plate (do this gently). Slice how you wish and enjoy!
